That said, there are a few things that aren't included in the fixed monthly price, such as:
New hardware, software or licenses – We can supply these at great rates, but they're always quoted separately.
Onsite visits for non-urgent issues – Most problems can be fixed remotely. If you request onsite support for something that's not critical, there may be an additional charge.
Major projects or upgrades – Things like server replacements, network upgrades or migrations are considered projects and will be quoted separately.
Third-party software support – We'll always do our best to help, but deep support for third-party apps is usually handled by the vendor.
Custom development or integrations – If you need something built or heavily customised, that would fall under project work.
Out-of-hours support – our standard support is offered Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5:30pm. Of course, if you think you'll need need after-hours support, no worries! We offer this as an optional add-on. Check out our Pricing Section for more information.
